    • Our service does not include engaging with other accounts or followers beyond the scope of the content we post.

  4. Content Creation Beyond Agreed Quantities:
    • The package includes a set number of posts and videos. Additional content creation is not covered.

    Terms

    • Think N Code will provide social media setup and content creation services as detailed in our offer. This includes the creation of 100 banners, 20 videos, setting up of social media accounts, and scheduling of 120 posts.
    • The content will be a mix of informational, promotional, engaging posts, and Instagram stories.

    Payment Terms

    • The total cost of the service is ₹60,000, payable in advance.
    • This fee is non-refundable once the service has commenced.

    Client Obligations

    • Clients must provide all necessary information and materials required for setting up their social media accounts.
    • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content within a reasonable timeframe(15 days).

    Delivery of Service

    • The service will be considered complete once all content has been posted or at the end of the service period, whichever comes first.
    • Think N Code is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.

    Intellectual Property

    • All original content created by Think N Code, including banners and videos, will become the property of the client upon full payment.
    • The client grants Think N Code the right to use any client-provided materials for the purpose of the service.

    Limitation of Liability

    • Think N Code is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.
    • The total liability of Think N Code under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the service.

    Termination

    • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable period.

    Confidentiality

    • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the service.

    Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, then arbitration, if necessary..

    Amendments

    • Think N Code reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    Acknowledgment

    By accepting our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
